Came here for an iced tea. Got a 32 ounce mixed berry iced tea which came out to $5.30. Swiped my card, grabbed the drink and was heading out the door when the barista told me to come back. He said it didn't go through, and I realized the credit card machine screen was asking if I wanted to leave a tip. Once I made my selection, it said transaction approved. Great! Then he said again that it didn't go through, which is weird because it just told me transaction was approved. He asked me to swipe my card again, but I pulled up my app and it did in fact show my card was charged. After a little back and forth they said just take the drink and made me feel like an ass who didn't pay for their drink, even though I did. For the record, the drink was not good. Watered down and topped off with dehydrated berries that tastes nothing like actual berries.

Always pleasure in coming to this location and grabbing my café mocha. I like how they use cocoa powder instead of syrup. You can opt for a hazelnut powder and give your drink a little kick. Very friendly staff and clean coffee shop. Shop seem to be crowded so there aren't as many seats to relax In but this is a good sign because this place is quite popular. I definitely like the good coffee and their various teas.

Best coffee ever! Blow S-Bucks out of the water. Especially their frozen coffee selection. I'm not sure if I'll return to other coffee shops unless it's just because coffee beans to fat out of the way.

I have been a committed CBTL lover for years. Never in my life have I been treated with so much rudeness and disrespect at a coffee shop. Or anywhere with humans being paid to offer a service for that matter. Myself and 4 girlfriends went Monday morning around 9:20am, 7/22/19 and were "greeted" by the grumpiest woman I could have imagined at the cash register. I didn't catch her name but the blonde cashier was barking at us, rolling her eyes at us and telling us they probably didn't have enough coffee to fulfill our orders. She scoffed at me when I smiled and said "thank you" and walked away. WHAT?! My friend that was there was getting married that afternoon and asked me not to cause a scene by speaking with a manager, so unfortunately I did not get to voice my concerns in person. If you are in the area, do not go here. My poor friend's WEDDING DAY started off on a real bad foot at her favorite coffee chain. We were 5 friendly, respectful women just trying to order coffee! Everyone in line was treated with the same disrespect and I imagine has similar reviews. I expect more from CBTL and hope they do something to fix this employee issue.
